Job summary

Equip is seeking a detail-oriented HR Systems & Payroll Data Specialist Contractor to execute the final phase of our HRIS transition from ADP to Rippling.

Working directly with Human Resources and Payroll teams, you will systematically extract, audit, and organize historical personnel records, payroll reports, and signed compliance documents into Rippling and Google Drive, ensuring our systems remain accurate, seamless, and compliant.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of HR operations, administrative, or data coordination experience.
  • Hands-on experience with both ADP and Rippling platforms (HRIS and payroll data migration experience strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated expertise in data auditing, file management systems, and Google Workspace administration.
  • Deep understanding of HR record retention compliance, PHI privacy standards, and PII confidentiality protocols.
  • Proven track record of working effectively in a 100% remote environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight project deadlines.

HR Systems & Payroll Data Specialist
About the Role

Equip is seeking a detail-oriented HR Systems & Payroll Data Specialist Contractor to execute the final phase of our HRIS transition from ADP to Rippling. Physical Demands

Work is performed 100% from home with no requirement to travel. This is a stationary position that requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards as well as to talk or hear by telephone. Sit or stand as needed.
