Job summary

HCM Unlocked is seeking a Technical Consultant II to guide client implementations on the Rippling platform, focusing on configurations, integrations, testing, and go-live support.

You will work closely with clients to optimize payroll transitions, configure workflows, and deliver tailored reports. A strong background in HRIS, payroll, and data governance is essential for success in this remote role.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years’ experience in a high-volume, client-facing implementation role.
• Expert knowledge on Rippling modules including implementations, custom reporting, and payroll.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a client-facing implementation role.
• Experience owning and leading a project.
• Experience with HRIS integrations – API, EDI, or batch processing of flat files.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with QA processes and test scripting.
• Understanding of PII data governance and confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve on implementation projects as a client-side resource for configurations, integrations, testing and validation.
• Manage day-to-day tasks for a client’s payroll transition and system buildout.
• Configure workflows to optimize system deployment.
• Create and showcase templated reports to deliver client value.
• Deliver custom training to ensure high user adoption during implementation or optimization.
• Analyze client processes to identify value opportunities within the software.
