Job summary

Kforce is seeking a Remote Contract HRIS Analyst to support the ADP Vantage environment during a major platform transition to Workday, with go-live targeted for July 2027. The role focuses on user support, administration, reporting, data quality, and issue resolution across HR, Payroll and IT teams.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on ADP Vantage experience, ADPR reporting skills, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands-on HRIS experience, including substantial ADP Vantage experience.
• Strong ADP Vantage administration and support experience.
• ADPR reporting experience is required.
• Experience administering HRIS security, roles, permissions, and user access.
• Knowledge of core HR, payroll, timekeeping, and employee data processes.
• Experience with system testing, data validation, and documenting solutions.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail with payroll data.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day user support and administration for ADP Vantage.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot ADPR reports.
• Configure and maintain Vantage business rules, workflows, and security.
• Administer user access, roles, permissions, and security profiles.
• Support HRIS processes involving core HR, payroll, timekeeping, learning, and employee data.
• Troubleshoot HRIS issues and data integrity problems.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT and stakeholders to resolve requirements.
• Perform data audits, reconciliations, testing, and quality checks.
• Support system enhancements, testing cycles, releases, and production changes.
• Assist with data loads, interfaces, and exports.
• Create and maintain configuration documentation and user guides.
• Support data exports during ADP Vantage to Workday transition.
