Placements24 is seeking a technically proficient HR Systems Administrator to manage and optimize our HRIS for a remote workforce and East London operations. You will ensure data integrity, system configuration, and user support while generating HR reports for leadership.

This remote role offers significant impact, collaboration with IT and HR teams, and opportunities to implement new HR technologies. A strong IT/HR background and knowledge of HR regulations are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in HRIS administration or HR data management.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or Workday.
• Familiar with South African HR regulations and data privacy laws.
• Excellent technical aptitude and attention to detail; remote work capable.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain HRIS; ensure data accuracy and system uptime.
