Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; related experience relevant to HR technology preferred.
• At least 2 years of HR or IT environment experience required.
• Familiarity with cloud-based HR software (Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors) recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for CHOP's HR Technology deployments.
• Analyze, design, configure, and roll out HR technology capabilities.
• Perform systems administration, data management and integration monitoring.
• Develop HR reports and knowledge articles for end users.
• Conduct testing and documentation for implementations.
