Job summary

Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) is seeking a Subject Matter Expert and strategic partner for CHOP's HR Technology deployment, spanning Core HR, Talent Management, and analytics. This primarily remote role includes periodic onsite meetings about once per month as needed.

You will lead analysis, configuration, testing, and rollout of expanded HR technology capabilities, manage HR data requirements, and support integrations with downstream apps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred for HR/IT roles.
• Experience with Workday Recruiting module strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in HR or IT environment.
• Proficient in cloud-based HR systems and data analyses.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and strategic partner for CHOP HR Technology deployment.
• Analyze, design, configure, and roll out HR tech capabilities.
• Lead designated HR Technology projects.
• Support integration and data management across systems.
• Create reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership.
