Job summary

The National Association of State Departments of Agriculture (NASDA) seeks an Enumerator Manager to lead HR functions and survey management for a regional team of up to 5 coaches and about 70 enumerators. This part-time, remote role requires strong supervisory experience, budgeting, HRIS proficiency, and practice with online survey tools.

You will manage payroll, onboarding, training, and performance programs while coordinating survey work and travel regionally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience in HR or related field.
• Experience managing projects including budgeting, staffing and communications.
• Proficient with HRIS and office productivity tools.
• Ability to travel regionally several times per year.
• Pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage bi-weekly payrolls, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Recruit and onboard enumerators.
• Manage employee files and records.
• Oversee evaluation, promotion and awards programs.
• Ensure success through training, feedback and termination when needed.
• Coordinate survey work and manage costs.
• Provide reporting on injuries and insurance claims.
• Allocate survey work regionally and supervise field training.
