Job summary

NASDA is seeking an Enumerator Coach to support agricultural data collection. You will coach Enumerators, ensure surveys are complete and accurate, and provide ongoing training throughout data collection.

The role emphasizes coaching, quality control, and timely training, with travel as needed and a remote, part-time schedule. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and one year of college or relevant work experience.
• Experience in data collection.
• Strong written and verbal communication and training skills.
• Ability to travel intermittently throughout the year.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and walk long distances as needed.

Responsibilities

• Review survey forms for accuracy and completeness.
• Coach Enumerators and provide ongoing training during data collection.
• Answer technical questions and help resolve field issues.
• Communicate with NASDA Enumerator Manager and team regularly.
• Prepare and deliver quarterly training presentations for 40+ Enumerators.
• Support quality-control efforts to maintain data accuracy.
