Job summary

NASDA is seeking an Enumerator Manager to lead HR functions and survey management for a regional team of up to 5 Coaches and ~70 Enumerators. You will oversee payroll, onboarding, training, and performance actions while ensuring efficient survey allocation and cost control.

You will collaborate with regional leaders and trainers to maintain a positive enumerator experience, support data collection systems, and adapt HR processes within NASDA-NASS agreements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of field or phone data collection, human resources, agriculture or related areas.
• Experience managing projects including budgeting, staffing, training and communications.
• Proficient with online survey tools, HRIS (iHire, iSolved or similar), Microsoft Office and Google Workspace and online meeting systems such as Zoom.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to travel regionally several times per year and pass a federal background check.

• Lead HR functions including payroll, training, onboarding, and records management.
• Coordinate survey work, allocate tasks, monitor progress, control costs, and train enumerators.
• Support regional leadership and improve data collection systems and processes.
