Job summary

The National Association of State Departments of Agriculture (NASDA) is seeking an Enumerator Coach for part-time work in Minnesota. You will lead a team of up to 20 Enumerators, review surveys for accuracy, and provide guidance throughout data collection in agricultural programs.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma with some college or relevant experience, strong communication and coaching skills, and the ability to travel for occasional training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus one year of college or relevant experience.
• Experience with data collection preferred.
• Willing to travel occasionally.
• Able to lift and walk distances as needed.

Responsibilities

• Review surveys for accuracy and completeness.
• Coach and support Enumerators throughout data collection.
• Answer technical and procedural questions.
• Help troubleshoot problems and improve data quality.
• Communicate with NASDA Manager and Enumerators.
• Complete surveys when needed.
• Monitor progress and help team meet deadlines.
• Prepare and present quarterly training to groups of 40+ Enumerators.
