Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate HR information to ensure data integrity across HR systems.
• Support onboarding, transfers, and updates in Workday and related systems.
• Handle inquiries and resolve concerns from HRBPs and employees.
• Assist with HR cycles such as performance reviews and open enrollment.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and employee changes.
• Ensure timely data entry and communication to relevant departments.
