Job summary

Airbus Americas is seeking a HR Shared Services Specialist (Contract) to support operations across multiple US locations including Miami, FL. You will handle onboarding, employee data updates, and HR inquiries, while liaising with HRIS, Payroll, and Benefits teams to ensure data integrity and a world-class employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent experience.
• 3 years demonstrated practical experience in HR.
• Experience working with IT systems and data.
• Experience managing multiple employee requests simultaneously.
• Experience working with employees via chat, in person and phone.
• Working knowledge of HRIS and applicant tracking systems; knowledge of Workday/ADP.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational/administrative support for personnel actions for employees, temps and interns.
• Act as liaison for data between HRBPs, HRIS, Payroll, Benefits and expatriation activities.
• Provide and analyze data for reporting.
• Assist with annual HR cycles including performance reviews and enrollment.
• Manage projects through completion with defined scope and success metrics.
• Coordinate with national and international teams to deliver projects.
• Process and promote Airbus Employee Awards.
• Coordinate onboarding, transfers, and changes in Workday and related systems.
• Respond to HR inquiries and guide employees on HR tools.
