Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a Manager, HR Service Center to lead end-to-end HR support across the organization, ensuring timely, accurate assistance for associates and leaders. You will manage service center teams, oversee complex issue resolution, and partner with HR Centers of Excellence to drive service quality and efficiency.

This role requires 5+ years in HR, 2+ years in service delivery leadership, and a strong focus on process standardization, data-driven improvement, and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 2+ years leading HR service delivery or shared services.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and fundamentals.
• Experience managing multi-tiered service models (Level 1-3).
• Experience in a shared services or global environment.
• Preferred HR certification or advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR Service Center operating model and ensure high-quality support.
• Monitor service performance and associate experience metrics.
• Oversee complex, sensitive, or high-risk issues with HR leadership and partners.
• Ensure smooth handoffs and escalation between support levels.
• Lead, coach, and develop HR Service Center associates.
• Set clear expectations, performance goals, and accountability.
• Document HR service processes and knowledge content.
• Identify opportunities to automate inquiries using AI Agents with HRIS.
• Ensure service delivery aligns with HR policies, legal requirements, and risk standards.
• Support enterprise initiatives with M&A.
• Adopt emerging technologies to accelerate transformational growth.
• Protect and properly handle confidential data.
