Find Your Balance, Center for Growth & Change Inc. is seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Specialist to oversee daily HR and payroll operations for a behavioral health practice.

The role manages the full employee lifecycle, onboarding, separations, and payroll processing, with a focus on California wage-and-hour compliance and accuracy. Ideal candidates will have ADP payroll experience and the ability to work independently in a telehealth, virtual office environment.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing HR and payroll in healthcare or professional services.
• Strong knowledge of California employment laws and wage-and-hour rules.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Experience using ADP payroll system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR and payroll operations for the practice.
