Qualifications

• 2–3 years of HR or payroll experience.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Familiarity with payroll tax compliance and unemployment administration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to reconcile data.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential employee and payroll information.

Responsibilities

• Manage bi-weekly payroll processing through ADP Workforce Now; ensure accurate and on-time pay.
• Review payroll data, deductions, and compensation changes before processing.
• Reconcile payroll records and research discrepancies.
• Respond to employee payroll questions and maintain payroll documentation.
• Collaborate with accounting on payroll reconciliation and reporting.
• Oversee payroll tax withholdings and unemployment filings.
• Support benefits enrollment and leaves administration; onboarding support.
• Assist with HR policies, compliance initiatives, and HR projects.
