Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years HR experience with employee relations.
• Experience interpreting and advising on HR policies.
• Experience with bargaining unit policies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR guidance and problem resolution across a broad range of HR issues.
• Coach managers on employee relations, performance, retention, staffing, and career development.
• Interpret and advise on HR policies; contribute to policy improvements.
• Collaborate with teams on compensation, design, and training needs; support change management.
