Job summary
Cherry Assistant LLC is seeking an Assistant to the HR Manager for a growing virtual assistant staffing company. This fully remote role supports administrative HR functions, compliance, and employee lifecycle management across remote and international teams.
The position is full-time, 40 hours per week in PST, with opportunities for raises and bonuses as the company grows. Candidates should be highly organized, detail-focused, and ready to manage multiple admin tasks.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of HR operations, administrative, or people operations support experience.
- 2+ years of experience working with a US, UK, Australian, or Canadian company.
- 2+ years of experience working remotely from home.
Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding for staff and contractors, including profile setup and access removal.
- Draft, update, and maintain contractor agreements, HR policies, and confidential personnel records under the HR Manager’s direction.
- Schedule and support structured weekly, monthly, and annual team check-ins, plus biannual performance reviews.
