Job summary

AML RightSource, a leading expert in financial crime compliance, seeks an HR Onboarding Coordinator to guide new hires through their initial journey and ensure a positive integration. You will collaborate with HR, IT and Operations across the US remote workforce to manage onboarding tasks, compliance, and documentation, including I-9, benefits enrollment, and HRIS setup.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
1+ years of experience in human resources or training/learning & development.
Strong knowledge of onboarding best practices, HR policies and employment laws.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and ability to collaborate with remote and in-office teams.

Responsibilities

Execute onboarding tasks promptly while adhering to company processes and confidentiality.
Schedule onboarding activities, welcome emails, and set up employees in the HRIS; arrange equipment and workspace.
Support pre-employment screenings and manage background and drug checks.
Ensure documentation compliance, including I-9, payroll/tax forms, and benefits enrollment.
Create and maintain up-to-date onboarding materials and resources.
Track onboarding program effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
Support employee relations during the new hire training program.
Collaborate with HR, IT, Operations and Managers to resolve onboarding challenges.
