Job summary

Vyve Broadband is seeking an HR Manager – People to act as a trusted partner to employees and leaders. You will own employee relations, full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, coaching, performance management, and a people-centered HR agenda.

This is a fully remote role. You will collaborate with HR Operations to deliver responsive services across a dispersed organization and ensure fair, compliant HR practices while maintaining an engaging employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Progressive HR generalist experience in a multi-state org.
• Working knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws.
• Strong judgment, communication, discretion with confidential info.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate across HR.
• Proficiency with HRIS (ADP Workforce Now preferred) and MS Office.
• SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary resource for employee concerns and policy interpretation.
• Lead employee relations, including intake, fact-finding, and actions.
• Coach leaders on performance conversations, recognition, and retention.
• Support performance management, development planning, and engagement.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate experience.
• Own full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for assigned positions.
• Coordinate leave of absence and employee benefits matters.
• Serve as backup for HR Operations and cross-training.
