You will partner with leaders across clinical operations, tech, and corporate functions to deliver strategic people solutions that drive engagement, retention, and growth in a remote-first, multi-state environment. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in high-growth settings balancing mission and scale, with deep knowledge of employment law and California and other state

Qualifications

• 7+ years in People Partner/HR leadership roles.
• Experience in remote-first, multi-state organizations.
• Healthcare, value-based care, or tech-enabled clinical services background.
• 4 years supporting clinical teams.
• Strong employment law/compliance knowledge across multi-state environments.
• Familiarity with CA, CO, IL, NJ, WA employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Advising: partner with leaders on org design, team effectiveness, change management, leadership development.
• Employee Relations: handle sensitive matters with discretion, coach managers on performance.
• Talent Enablement: support performance reviews, career paths, manager development, team growth.
• Workforce Planning: collaborate on headcount, role clarity, succession planning.
• Culture & Engagement: drive inclusivity, well-being, and engagement actions.
• Compliance & Policy: ensure multi-state policy compliance, particularly in regulated environments.
• Data-Informed Decisions: use people analytics to guide strategy and interventions.
