Qualifications

• Significant experience in HR, talent, P&C, L&D, ER, or org development
• Strong judgment of people; honest fit assessments
• Self-directed, coachable; comfortable following a proven model
• Performance-oriented; earnings tied to results
• Conversations and development, not compliance admin
• Remote flexibility (part-time or full-time)
• Structured training/mentoring; premium content with international reach
• Performance-based earnings (results vary; no guarantees)
• Based in North America ( except Wisconsin and South Dakota).

Responsibilities

• Engage prospective clients; assess alignment and suitability
