Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Workday integration development experience.
• Strong expertise in Workday REST/SOAP APIs, including reading and writing data.
• Experience manually constructing and troubleshooting API requests and responses.
• Knowledge of XML, Workday security (ISU/ISSG), data structures, and Business Processes.
• Experience building integrations across multiple enterprise platforms using middleware, APIs, or programming languages.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to independently deliver production integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Workday HR integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Troubleshoot XML payloads, API requests/responses, authentication, and security configurations.
• Work with Workday data models, Business Processes, and integration security.
• Build reliable integrations with error handling, validation, retries, and monitoring.
• Integrate Workday with external systems using middleware, APIs, and orchestration tools.
• Independently manage development, testing, deployment, and production support.
