Job summary

Airbnb is seeking an HR Generalist to support the Employee Experience across the Americas. You will advise managers and employees, partner with COEs on talent programs, and ensure timely, high-quality HR services across the employee journey.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience in fast-moving, global companies.
• Deep experience in core HR disciplines including HR Operations, Compensation, Recruiting, Employee Relations, Talent Management.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers and employees on people matters across the employee lifecycle.
• Support planning and delivery of cyclical programs (performance reviews, compensation, talent reviews).
• Partner with EX COEs and Legal to ensure compliance and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate HR data in Workday and promote HR self-service adoption.
