Qualifications

• Native-level French proficiency with strong written and verbal communication in French and English.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of HR documentation experience in large, complex organizations.
• Experience creating, managing, and optimizing HR documents using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and improve HR documents, policies, and templates in French for global clients.
• Produce polished documentation, spreadsheets, and presentations with MS Office.
• Support AI training-data development with HR process knowledge.
• Identify documentation gaps and suggest HR best-practice improvements.
• Provide feedback to improve AI-generated HR content in both French and English.
