Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks an HR Admin - Data Extraction in the United States. This temporary, part-time role supports a lean HR team during a focused operational period.

You will extract, organize, and maintain employee documents and HR data from internal systems, assist onboarding, benefits, reporting, audits, recruiting, and offboarding, and use Excel, HRIS, and AI tools with appropriate human oversight. East Coast hours apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, admin, or related field.
• Strong data entry, extraction, and organization skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
• Familiarity with AI tools and responsible usage.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Extract, organize, and file HR documents with high accuracy.
• Support onboarding, benefits administration, reporting, audits, recruiting, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate personnel files and data integrity.
• Collaborate with HR team and manage tasks independently.
• Work remotely during East Coast hours.
