Job summary

Humana is seeking an HR Business Partner 2 to lead people management in a Medicaid RFP response and new business stand up. The role focuses on data analysis, reporting, and coordinating HR resources across the organization to align with contract stand ups and re-bids.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years HR experience, 2+ years in reporting, and proficiency with Power BI and AI-enabled tools. Strong communication and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years HR experience or business support experience.
• 2+ years of experience creating reports and analyzing data.
• Experience using Power BI or similar BI tools for reports and dashboards.
• Experience using AI-enabled productivity tools to improve analysis and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead the people management agenda for the business unit/area and support management teams.
• Act as single point of contact for employees and managers in Medicaid RFP responses and implementation.
• Build relationships, run data analyses for RFPs, and coordinate resource alignment for new state contracts.
• Drive performance improvements, lead change management, and communicate HR initiatives.
