Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR, talent, organizational effectiveness, or related technical experience.
• 5+ years of management experience or leadership of complex business initiatives.
• Experience advising senior leaders and integrating talent strategy with business goals.
• Ability to connect business, financial, operational, customer, and workforce considerations into clear actions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end talent strategy aligned to Humana Military priorities.
• Lead organizational design, operating-model evolution, and governance to scale for demand.
• Advise senior leaders on leadership behavior, succession, and change execution.
• Shape culture and protect workforce health during disruption and growth.
• Coordinate HR capabilities into integrated solutions with Centers of Excellence.
