Job summary

Sagility is hiring an HR Coordinator to provide frontline HR support during peak hiring and ramp seasons. You’ll assist employees with policies, benefits, and HR processes while promoting a positive onboarding and operational integration experience.

You will monitor workforce trends, collaborate with leaders, and help implement retention and engagement initiatives while maintaining accurate HR records and delivering responsive service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources Administration, Employee Relations or Recruiting (minimum 6 months).
• Strong customer service orientation and willingness to assist employees.
• Ability to interpret policies and direct employees to resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with basic workforce metrics and data tracking.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for employee questions on policies, benefits, attendance, and HR processes.
• Guide employees to resources, tools, policies, and support teams.
• Deliver concierge-level HR service to build trust and confidence.
• Monitor workforce data and identify trends in absenteeism and engagement.
• Partner with leaders on outreach, pulse checks, and retention initiatives.
• Escalate complex HR matters to the appropriate team.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries and follow-ups.
• Support onboarding, engagement, and ramp-period communications.
