Job summary

Nexfeld Group is seeking a Group HR Director to support employee development, engagement, onboarding, and HR strategy across multiple Business Units in LATAM. This role will report to the Group Leader and drive HR processes, risk mitigation, and HRIS governance.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years HR experience, fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, and a track record of building partnerships while managing complex initiatives. Travel internationally is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years progressive Human Resources experience.
• Must be fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
• Experience in HR operations & administration.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Proven track record of building strong relationships with business partners.
• Strong project management skills with multiple complex projects.
• Track record of solving large, complex problems with measurable results.
• Self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive materials.
• Must be willing to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead due diligence and integration activities for target acquisitions.
• Act as the HR Operations leader in BU’s where embedded HR resources are not employed and coach and develop HR resources.
• Developing and implementing human resources policies.
• Supporting strategic objectives.
• Create and implement staffing strategies.
• Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Managing staff wellness.
• Own the talent management processes.
• Motivating and supporting current staff.
• Identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions.
• Designing and directing training programs.
