Job summary

Strongpoint Partners is a tech-enabled retirement services platform serving small to mid-sized businesses with integrated retirement administration, recordkeeping, payroll, and HR solutions.

The Human Resources Business Partner will partner with partner leaders to attract, develop, and retain talent, leading regular people QBRs and collaborating with the VP of People and Operations on acquisitions and integration.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years HR experience, including 2+ years in an HRBP or HR Generalist role.
• Hands-on experience supporting HR through acquisitions and integrations.
• Experience partnering with leaders who run their own teams or business units.
• Strong change management, coaching, and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment law across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary talent advisor to leaders of assigned partners and lead regular people QBRs to review hiring, engagement, retention, and development.
• Collaborate with VP of People on HR due diligence for acquisitions and integration planning with the Integration team.
• Guide onboarding to Strongpoint's People programs and ensure follow-through after integration.
• Support engagement, recognition, belonging, and retention programs for partner cultures.
• Provide employee relations guidance and manage investigations and lifecycle activities (onboarding through promotions).
• Partner on benefits, HRIS, compensation benchmarking, and data quality; ensure compliance with employment laws across states.
