Job summary

Tenstorrent is seeking a Staff HR Business Partner to collaborate with North America leaders on org design, leveling, performance, and calibration. The role is remote and supports growth with sensitive employee matters and hard conversations, across a two-country footprint.

We welcome candidates at various experience levels; offers will align with the level and experience. This is a remote role based in the United States or Canada.

Qualifications

• Partnered directly with VP-level leaders and supported a large org.
• Hands-on investigations, calibrations, and sensitive exits.
• Capable of delivering hard feedback to senior leaders and guiding action.
• Curious about technical work and able to relate it to people decisions.

Responsibilities

• Identify underlying causes of people problems and fix roles, handoffs, and decision rights.
• Assist leaders in scaling org design, leveling, and performance as the company grows.
• Make fair promotion decisions and ensure consistency across leadership levels.
• Help align divergent leaders to a shared decision and prioritize broader team outcomes.
