Job summary

Sonida Senior Living seeks an HR Business Partner to support employee relations, leave and benefits, and policy administration across multi-site environments. The role requires strong communication, coaching skills, and regulatory knowledge, with up to 40% travel and remote work flexibility.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least two years in HR, preferably in a multi-site setting, with familiarity in FMLA, ADA, EEOC, CRA, HIPAA and FLSA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years HR experience, multi-site preferred.
• Employee relations background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide employee relations support, coaching and conflict resolution.
• Oversee leave and benefits administration and policy administration.
• Participate in talent acquisition, performance management and succession planning.
• Ensure policy questions and investigations are handled with low risk and proper documentation.
• Assist compliance with federal/state/local statutes including EEO/FMLA/WC/ADA.
