Owens & Minor is seeking an Analyst III – Indirect Procurement to support HR/IT/General Labor & Benefits spend globally. You will deliver spend analytics, supplier performance reporting, and data-driven insights to guide category strategies.

The role blends analytical rigor with cross-functional partnership across Finance, Legal, and operations. The position offers remote flexibility with Virginia alignment and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a highly analytical discipline is required.
• 3–5 years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or financial analysis preferred.
• Experience with spend analysis, cost modeling, and data-driven reporting.
• Knowledge of resin/polymer pricing and indirect procurement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Spend & cost analytics to baseline spend and measure savings.
• Administer contracts, pricing, and negotiated savings commitments.
• Produce supplier scorecards and KPI dashboards for performance tracking.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports for leadership review.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and stakeholders to implement procurement strategies.
