Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of related Housing Choice Voucher experience.
• Experience certifying eligibility and calculating rent and subsidies.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a case load of HCV participants and determine program eligibility.
• Calculate income, assets, deductions, and rent portions for landlords.
• Interview and certify eligibility at intake and recertification.
• Develop partnerships with internal/external stakeholders to remove barriers to success.
• Conduct tenant certifications, meetings, and respond to emails/phone calls.
