Job summary

NEC Software Solutions is seeking an Implementation Consultant for the Housing team, focusing on Allocations. The role is home-based with potential UK travel, reporting to a Lead Implementation Consultant, and offers development in NEC Housing modules.

You will shadow senior consultants, delivering training and consultancy and growing expertise in Housing Management System configurations while supporting customers end-to-end on projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive expertise in Allocations and Homelessness workflows within Housing Management Software (Essential).
• Experience implementing Housing Management Systems or modules with strong configuration and build skills.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality training and consultancy with positive feedback.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex concepts for end users.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining training materials, courses, and manuals.
• Ability to manage multiple projects once proficient with the system.

Responsibilities

• Offer expert guidance in implementing NEC Housing modules – Allocations and Housing Advice/Homelessness.
• Deliver engaging training sessions remotely and on-site when required.
• Provide best-practice consultancy to current customers.
• Ensure consultancy and training deliverables achieve positive feedback.
• Create and maintain training courses, user guides, and solution design manuals.
