Job summary

Royal Borough of Kingston seeks an experienced NEC Housing Configuration Specialist to lead design and configuration for a housing system implementation. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Business Analysts and SMEs with the creation of training materials and guides.
• Provide knowledge transfer and handover to the BAU support team.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced NEC Housing Configuration Specialist to support a key system implementation project within a local authority or housing organisation.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience configuring NEC Housing Cloud, with recent experience implementing and configuring housing modules within a local authority or housing association.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary Agile team, you will take ownership of solution design, configure and test NEC modules, resolve technical issues and support the system through to go-live and post-implementation.

This is a fast-paced project with tight deadlines, so the successful candidate must be confident working independently and able to make an immediate contribution from week one.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of NEC Housing solution design and configuration.
