Responsibilities

• Source hotels and collect data for clients in key destinations (names, addresses, contacts, star ratings).
• Manage RFP/RFI processes via API’s RFP platform (JET) to secure rates and terms.
• Research hotel options and track data in Salesforce.
• Analyze market trends to secure optimal scenarios for airlines and hotel partners.
• Create destination presentations with Microsoft and Adobe tools showing savings and revenue impact.
• Schedule hotel site inspections domestically and internationally when required.
• Manage crewmember feedback per account and address SLA commitments.
