Socket.dev is seeking an Online Reservation Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will assist clients with hotel and resort bookings, manage reservation details, and ensure an accurate and smooth booking process.

Ideal candidates bring experience in hospitality or customer service, strong communication, and a keen eye for detail. The role offers flexible scheduling and access to professional booking tools for seamless coordination with suppliers and clients.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hotel booking, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication skills and a client-focused attitude.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings at once.
Proficient in using online systems, booking platforms, and digital communication tools.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Must be 18 years or older with access to a computer and reliable internet.

Responsibilities
