Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a co-project manager alongside the Design Review Manager to oversee PIP renovation projects for Premium brand hotels. You will serve as the architectural, design and construction expert for a defined territory, ensuring compliance with franchise License Agreement, PIP submittals, and brand standards including life safety and ADA.

Your day-to-day includes leading PIP assessments, guiding design and scope meetings with ownership, overseeing renovation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Design, Construction Management or related field; AIA or ASID certifications preferred; CAD training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead PIP renovation design and on-site construction activities across assigned territory.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, life safety, ADA and building codes.
• Coordinate with franchisees, owners and design teams to develop schedules and review plans.
• Manage project progress, timelines and reporting in Salesforce.
