Job summary

RAM Hotels in Columbus, GA seeks a Project Manager to lead new-build, conversion and renovation projects for the company. You will coordinate between architects, engineers, designers and general contractors, ensuring schedule adherence, budget control and brand alignment across Marriott Select Brand projects.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of field construction experience in hospitality, a 4-year degree in a related field, and professional licenses encouraged.

Qualifications

• 4+ years progressive field construction experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture or Engineering preferred.
• Applicable professional licenses/certifications encouraged.
• Experience coordinating with architects, engineers, designers and general contractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage a robust new-build/conversion and renovation pipeline.
• Direct project delivery focusing on schedule, budget and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Design, Development, Procurement, Finance and Risk Management.
• Maintain brand consistency and reporting through project milestones.
• Develop bids, contracts and material orders; track construction documents.
• Forecast budgets and prepare monthly construction reports.
• Utilize project management software to track multiple projects and reporting.
