Job summary

Hospitality Talents is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager for a leading hotel operator in Belgium. The role combines strategic maintenance management with hands-on daily maintenance needs and renovation projects across the hotel portfolio.

Responsibilities include preventive/corrective maintenance, budgeting, renovation leadership, and team mentoring. Travel between Ghent, Antwerp, and Brussels is required, with multilingual English, Dutch, and French preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or supervisor in hotels or facility management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety and building automation.
• Willingness to travel daily between Ghent, Antwerp and Brussels; languages English, Dutch and French.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for hotel facilities.
• Ensure safety compliance and industry standards.
• Manage maintenance budgets and investments.
• Lead renovation projects from planning to handover.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to minimize disruptions.
• Provide daily/weekly reports on activities and issues.
• Mentor in-house and external technical teams.
