Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Hospitality Operations Coordinator to support our growing network of partner accommodations. This fully remote role focuses on ensuring smooth operational flow between our company and hotels, guesthouses, and other providers from your home office.

You will manage booking integrations, monitor performance against SLAs, resolve discrepancies, and help onboard new partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality operations or coordination.
• Strong understanding of booking systems, OTAs, and PMS.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient with digital communication tools and Office/Workspace suites.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proactive approach to issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations with partner hotels and other hospitality providers.
• Manage booking system integrations and inventory across platforms.
• Monitor performance against SLAs and quality standards.
• Resolve operational issues and guest complaints.
• Maintain records of partner information, contracts, and performance.
• Facilitate cross‑team communication with partners.
• Support onboarding of new partners.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Generate regular operational reports for management.
• Uphold exceptional hospitality service standards.
