Job summary

BWH Hotels is seeking a Senior Design & Project Manager to lead property improvement projects for Members across the US and Canada. You will manage design and architectural initiatives, coordinate with internal teams, and apply hospitality design knowledge to deliver practical, compliant solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Design, Architecture, or PM in hospitality, a Design/Architecture or Hospitality degree, and certifications such as NCIDQ/AIA; PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years related, professional level experience managing projects in Design, Architecture or Project Management, with hospitality industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Design/Architecture or Hospitality Management or equivalent experience.
• NCIDQ/AIA certification preferred; PMP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and maintain property improvement plan reports guided by design standards and industry practices.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships to support Members through design processes.
• Communicate and track project milestones and progress with internal teams.
• Coordinate with internal departments to identify compliant design solutions.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base with design standards and construction documents.
• Demonstrate a client-focused, results-driven approach to delivering outcomes.
