Qualifications

• Leadership experience in healthcare or hospice.

• Knowledge of hospice philosophy and end-of-life care.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient EMR documentation, reporting and auditing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PRN staff and visits on weekends.

• Respond to calls and requests with timely clinical assessment.

• Speak with patients, families, senior living facilities and agencies.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary.
