IntellaTriage Nurses enjoy the benefits of working from home, providing care without the stress and expense of commuting!

**MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license

**MUST live in/work from a Compact US state

**Experience with end-of-life care is required

**Must have high-speed internet

**Must be tech-savvy, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and have keyboard competence

**Part-time nurses only work 6 days out of a 14-day pay period

Part-time schedule:

  • Work a minimum of 2 evening shifts weekly from 3:30 p.m. to 12 a.m. CST (shift times are set, weekday flexes available)
  • Work every other weekend, both Saturday and Sunday, from 3:30 p.m. to 12 a.m. CST

Our Hospice Triage Nurses:

  • Have experience in hospice, palliative, end-of-life care, and fast-paced environments such as ED, critical care, or surgical services
  • Work a minimum of 1 weekday shift and every other weekend, both Saturday and Sunday
  • Receive three weeks of remote paid training, schedule varies based on availability

  • You can pick up additional shifts if available for the clients you are trained to support
  • We provide a laptop and headset
  • You must have a quiet, private space free from noise and distractions for work (privacy/HIPAA compliance required)
  • You will access EMRs and internal applications for job functions
  • You must follow instructions, read directions, and be confident using technology
  • A minimum of 30 minutes paid shift preparation is required before calls
  • At the end of your shift, spend 30 minutes to 2 hours completing charting before clocking out

  • MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license (states with pending or future implementation dates are not considered current compact states until the implementation date)
  • Maintain good standing and active home state license; we cover non-compact licensure costs if needed
  • Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care is preferred
  • Experience in fast-paced environments such as ED, surgical, or critical care
  • Comfort with accessing multiple technology applications for documentation
  • Ability and confidence to type quickly during calls
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are a bonus
  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S. and reside here
  • Complete three weeks of remote paid training (days and evenings)
  • Available to work every other Saturday and Sunday
  • Available to work some holidays as needed
  • Capable of handling stress and multitasking, with minimum call volume expectations
  • Ability to communicate empathetically while adhering to protocols
  • Maintain CEUs as required by your state
  • Attend in-services and additional training as needed
  • Pass background and licensing checks

All remote Hospice Triage RNs, once trained, earn $23/hour. Opportunities exist to increase pay. Nurses receive a $1 shift differential for overnight and weekend shifts. PTO accrues based on hours worked, and participation in our 401(k) plan is available. Full-time nurses may also access medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurances.
