IntellaTriage is seeking Baylor Hospice Triage Nurses to work from home, delivering after-hours triage care to hospice and home health clients. A Compact RN license is required or must be obtainable, with residency in a Compact state and high-speed internet.

Training is remote and paid, and nurses work a full-time schedule on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays with weekend shift differentials. Experience in hospice or end-of-life care is strongly preferred, and nurses must be comfortable with

Qualificações

• Must hold or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license.
• Must reside in a Compact US state and work from home.
• Experience in hospice, palliative, end-of-life care preferred.
• Must have high-speed internet and be tech savvy.

Responsabilidades

• Provide after-hours nurse triage from home for hospice and home health clients.
• Access EMRs and use client applications to document calls accurately.
• Follow protocols, maintain HIPAA compliance, and communicate with patients empathetically.
