Job summary

IntellaTriage is seeking a compassionate registered nurse to join our remote after-hours hospice triage team. You will triage patients and families by phone, coordinate care with on-call teams, and document all interactions with empathy and professionalism.

Requirements include an active multistate RN license and hospice/palliative care experience preferred. You will work from home with flexible shifts, 3 weeks remote training, and access to a benefits package depending on status.

Qualifications

• Active multistate RN license required.

• Comfort with EMR documentation and typing notes.
