Job summary

IntellaTriage is seeking a compassionate registered nurse to provide after-hours hospice triage by phone from a remote home-office setting. You will assess patient needs, guide next steps, and coordinate care with on-call teams, documenting interactions in EMR. Multistate RN license required; experience in hospice or palliative care preferred.

Remote work, training, and benefits offered. Base pay is $25/hour with potential to reach $28/hour within six months, plus $2 night and weekend

Qualifications

• Active multistate RN license.
• Hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care experience preferred.
• Comfortable with technology and EMR used for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage for hospice patients and families.
• Assess patient conditions and determine next steps.
• Coordinate with on-call teams to manage resources.
• Document all communications and interventions.
• Maintain calm and professional demeanor during urgent calls.
