IntellaTriage is hiring remote Hospice/Palliative RN nurses to support Baylor shifts from home. The role requires a Compact RN license, good standing, and experience in hospice or end-of-life care.

You will work from a quiet, HIPAA-compliant space, using EMR systems and multiple applications to document calls, with paid remote training and weekend requirements. Be part of a rapidly growing team that provides after-hours triage for hospice providers.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license.
• Must live in/work from a Compact US state.
• Hospice, palliative, end-of-life care experience preferred.
• Comfortable with multiple technology applications to document during calls.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote hospice triage nursing care per client protocols.
• Access EMRs and document calls during interactions.
• Communicate empathetically with patients and families.
