IntellaTriage is seeking a compassionate registered nurse (RN) to join our growing team in a remote after-hours triage role. You will triage hospice patients and family needs by phone, coordinating care with on-call teams and documenting all interactions with empathy and accuracy.

We offer base pay of $25/hour with opportunities to increase to $28/hour within 6 months, plus $2 shift differentials for overnights and weekends, remote training, PTO, and 401(k) plans for eligible nurses.

Qualifications

• Active multistate RN license required or in process.
• Hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care experience preferred.
• Comfortable with electronic medical records (EMR) and documentation.
• Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide telephone triage for hospice patients and families.
• Assess patient conditions and determine appropriate next steps.
• Collaborate with on-call teams to coordinate care.
• Document all communications and interventions accurately.
• Maintain a calm, professional demeanor during urgent calls.
